How quickly will I get a response?
On WhatsApp usually within a few hours during our opening times, at the latest on the next working day. Via the form it can take a day longer – if it's urgent, rather write to us directly.
Can I just drop by?
For a quick question or to visit the studio: feel free to come during opening hours. For a consultation, please contact us beforehand — that way we can set aside time for you, instead of you being squeezed between appointments.
What should I write in the message?
Motif, approximate size, and body placement are enough to start. Reference images are very helpful. If you already have a preferred date or a specific artist in mind, please include that as well.
